Privacy and security policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
At Rubria we take care of the data of our visitors and of the businesses that use our system. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how we protect it and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on this site is Bruno Moisello, CUIT (tax ID) 20-33703682-2, located at Marcos Paz 913, San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, owner of the Rubria brand.
For any question about this policy or your data, write to suscripciones.rubria@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data needed to answer your inquiry and improve our campaigns:
- Data you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and your message.
- Data you give us when you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Browsing data collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate IP address and actions you take on the site (for example, submitting the form).
- When you request information or a demo of Rubria through Facebook or Instagram instant forms, we may receive the data you provide when submitting the form, including name, email, phone, business type and answers to additional questions. This data is used to answer your inquiry, assess your business's needs and schedule a demo of the system.
- Meta may provide us with aggregated statistics about our ads' performance. When you voluntarily complete and submit a contact form within Facebook or Instagram, we also receive the personal data you authorized to share with Rubria through that form.
3. How we use it
- To answer your inquiries and send you the information or demo you asked for.
- To follow up on your inquiry commercially.
- To measure the performance of our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and show relevant ads to people who visited the site.
- To improve the site and prevent abuse, such as automated form submissions.
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. How we protect information
We apply state-of-the-art technical and organizational security measures, both on this site and in the Rubria system:
- All communications are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
- Passwords are stored with one-way key derivation algorithms: nobody, not even our team, can read them.
- Role-based access control and per-user permissions.
- Logical isolation of each company's information: one business never sees another's data.
- Audit logging of sensitive operations.
- Automatic daily backups, with a copy stored outside the main server.
- Protection against automated form submissions (bots).
If we detect a security incident affecting personal data, we notify those affected without undue delay, explaining what happened and what measures we took.
7. Data businesses load into Rubria
Businesses using Rubria load data about their own customers, suppliers and employees into the system. For that data, each business is the controller and Rubria acts as processor: it processes the data only to provide the service, following the business's instructions and under the terms of the contract signed with it.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Rubria and want to exercise your rights over that data, contact that business first. You can still write to us and we will help route your request.
8. How long we keep data
We keep contact data as long as needed to answer your inquiry and follow up on it, and at most 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your personal data at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to suscripciones.rubria@gmail.com. We respond within the terms of Argentine Law No. 25,326: 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for correction or deletion.
The data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as provided by article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the Control Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
10. How to request deletion of your data
To have your personal data deleted:
- Write to suscripciones.rubria@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email you used to contact us, or stating the phone number you used on WhatsApp.
- We verify your identity and delete your data from our systems and our providers' within 5 business days.
- We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
To delete data Meta collected through the Pixel, use the “Off-Meta activity” tools in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
11. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or the law. We will publish the current version on this page, stating the date of the last update.
