Cancel your subscription

Request the cancellation of your Rubria subscription. You do not need to log in or sign up.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below with your account email. If you can, add the business name or tax ID (CUIT).
  2. When you submit it, we show your request code on screen. Keep it: it is your receipt.
  3. Our team carries out the cancellation within 48 business hours. Before cancelling we may ask you to confirm the request from your account email, to verify your identity and protect your data.

Timeframe

Cancellations are carried out by the Rubria team within 48 business hours after we receive your request.
